This place is horrible. The customer service is horrible. The people who work at the register are horrible, ignorant, and don’t know how to talk to people. If you don’t speak Spanish, they treat you like trash. How do you expect to run a business in the United States, where the primary language is English, and not want the other person to speak English? If you haven’t learned English while living in the United States, that’s your problem. Just because my skin isn’t that light, the woman looked at me and started speaking Spanish. I didn’t understand what she was saying because I don’t speak Spanish. She looked at me with a mocking expression, smiled, and said, “Since you don’t speak Spanish, then figure it out.” She looked at me and said that in English. If I don’t speak Spanish, then that’s my problem. I should look for help somewhere else. What kind of place is this? It’s simply horrible. So, if you don’t speak Spanish even if you do speak Spanish and have a tiny bit of manners don’t go to this place. Don’t waste your time. They are completely ignorant people.

I cannot believe I waited this long to shop at Rowe's!!! It has to be the cleanest grocery store ever, to be as large as it is. I was really pleasantly surprised. I was also pleased to see so many positive reviews about it's cleanest. Whomever is managing this store, congratulations and keep up the good work!!!! After nearly 40 years in Jacksonville, I think I have found my permanent, new favorite grocery store!

100/10. Never been here before. Had a Rowe's when I lived on the Westside, but this one is better! Great Deals, Great prices and endless choices of FLAVORS! Ive been trying hard to improve my cooking and I lean heavily on recipes with culture. I am excited to add this store to my rotation! Prices were on point and in this economy we need more bang for our buck. Clean store, heavily stocked. Very impressed!

ANY PRODUCE OR FOOD ITEM, THEY GOT IT💯‼️Well Stocked shelves and I swear I removed 6 bottles of Ting from the shelf, when I passed by someone restocked!!! I absolutely love the produce section: when you sellJamaican Yellow Yam and salt fish you are in my Favorites 😍 The meat section is phenomenal, trays of various sizes including party !!! I love how clean the store is, the uinque labeling of the aisles, also in font sizes clear for people with impaired vision. Staff efficient, not wasting time, helpful and lots of checkout. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN RESTROOMS💯‼️

Great supermarket with many specialty and ethnic items all at reasonable prices. Especially the prepared food is excellent and fresh and changes daily. The fruits and vegetables far exceed the quality of Publix. The store is very clean. Best supermarket in the area.
